Autumn

By the twenty-second century, mankind had stretched forth its hand to command the stars. Other races were discovered, and, as the human sphere of influence expanded, they were happy to live in peaceful coexistence, and humanity was on the verge of an evolutionary leap.

The Terran emperor was the first to ascend to the next step of human evolution. His advisors, who now styled themselves holy clerics, sought to force the other races to see the light of their religion. They began to subjugate the other races to the will of the empire. The Amsus, who saw the Empire as decadent, illogical and chaotic, waged war upon it. Admiral VonGrippen, the brightest military mind in centuries, betrayed the empire, and removed the entire home fleet, collapsing the jump gate after them, leaving Earth and the Empire to be squashed under the heel of Amsus oppression.

Now, three hundred years after the fall of the Terran Empire, humans find themselves the subject race, Stagnating on their own world unable to evolve either technologically or otherwise. It is into this oppressive world, that the most unlikely of men are thrust into the roles of heros.

Generation One takes place after a group of cataclysmic events happen to earth… Floods, Tidal waves, Earthquakes all attack humankind in 2115. In the midst of all this carnage, viruses become mutated by radiation leaks. The earthquakes have ruptured the underground Nuclear Waste sites and released radiation into the atmosphere. Some exploded creating Radiation Fire Storms across the earth.

These SUPER viruses have no cure, according to the 10 Guardian computers that aid humankind. The ONLY Solution is to place the best and the brightest Children into stasis and pray that the earth heals itself. The 10 Guardians are placed over the Colonies or Bio Domes.

It is now 2563 and the earth HAS healed… but WHAT is left of the old world?

Tales From The Museum

The Regional Museum in Johnson City, Tennessee has been the site of some strange goings-on ever since it was first built. Legends surround the place: tales of murders, mysterious disappearances, and bizarre religious orders. Some of these were “documented” by a PBS special, but most are passed on by word of mouth. Most of the staff there doesn't believe a word of it… but Special Services coordinator Keith Nash? He's starting to think… well, he doesn't know what to think.

All in all, the museum is an interesting and challenging place to work… and things keep happening to make it more interesting all the time.
